Lichao launches new UV transfer machine and CCD screen printer

During the CMPE2018 Dongguan Mobile Processing Exhibition held on September 10~12, Lichao introduced UV transfer machine and CCD screen printing machine, as well as CCD die-cutting machine. These three models are new equipment this year. UV transfer machine is mainly used for UV grain, mainly used for 2.5D and 3D mobile phone cover. After CCD screen printing equipment cover, it is sliced and reshaped by CCD die-cutting machine.

The difference between the UV equipment and the market is that the whole equipment adopts the servo device, including the dispensing system and the proportional valve control, which can dispense more accurately and control the material thickness more accurately. The normal product can not make more than 10 wires in the high-pressure transfer process. It is easy to burst after being over. Through the servo, its precision can be controlled at ±2μ.

The CCD screen printing machine has two optical cameras mounted under the platen, which automatically aligns the processed materials and prints after calculation, which reduces many bad products. In the past, good and bad products were related to labor. Through our servos and dispensing motors, labor became the simplest station, and all precision and speed were not controlled by humans. If there is a problem or there is a problem, it will automatically alarm. Capacity and quality can be replaced by manual machines. This market is very large, and the composite board grain pattern has just emerged in the past two years. It is now used on mobile phones and can be used in glass and toys in the future. So the overall equipment and process prospects are wonderful.
